Who are qualified to join?

The contest is open to all photograph-loving individuals residing in the Philippines, male or female, but is a Filipino citizen aged 18 and above.

PRIZES


1st prize: P 75,000 plus gift pack from YKL Color-Fujifilm

2nd prize: P 50,000 plus gift pack from YKL Color-Fujifilm

3rd prize: P 35,000 plus gift pack from YKL Color-Fujifilm

Special prize: P 20,000

All winning entries will be shown in a photo exhibit at VLI terminals, and posted online (Victory Liner website). Names of all the winners will also be published in newspapers and magazines. Winners will also be notified via phone call and registered mail.

Prizes can be claimed at Victory Liner’s marketing department in Caloocan within sixty (60) days from receipt of the notification. Prizes not claimed within said period shall be forfeited in favor of Victory Liner, Inc. To claim prize, winners must present 2 valid ID’s.


Submission of entries is from February 1 to April 30, 2009. Mailed entries should be dated on or before April 30, 2009.

Ayala Museum invites you to a Basic Watercolor Painting Workshop
to be conducted by Orville Tiamson, a member of the Angono Artists Group.

Registration is required. Registration period runs until March 31.

Workshop fees are at Php 2,600 for Ayala Museum and Asia Society members,
and Php 3,250 for non-members. A special early-bird rate of Php 2,700
will apply to non-members who sign up on or before March 20.

A maximum of 35 participants will be accepted.

Materials are not included; participants will be provided with a list of required materials
upon registration.

GSIS Scholarship

Good news to all GSIS active members of good standing!

You may join the GSIS Scholarship Program Raffle. There are 200 scholarship slots available.

The application period will start on the second week of February 2009. Application forms are available in GSIS offices nationwide. The electronic raffle draw will be on April 17, 2009.

Winners may nominate any student of their choice who may be an incoming college freshman or an enrolled college student in any 4- or 5-year college course.

The scholar may be any member of your family or even your friend. The student will enjoy P20,000 tuition and miscellaneous fee and P2,000 monthly stipend.
